eCourt Pay LLC collects offender, fine, warrant, and timepay information from our partner courts including, but not limited to: jurisdiction, fine amount, charges, court dates, and due dates. This information is used so that offenders can efficiently and effectively look up pending fines and make payments online using our software.
eCourt Pay LLC collects information from offenders when they pay a fine. We collect billing information necessary to process credit card payments. We do not store any credit card information and our integration with the credit card processor is secured via SSL encryption. We collect payment information including offender name, fines paid, and date paid to display proper payment history information to offenders as well as to send payment information to the courts so that they can update their records appropriately.
Information Accuracy
eCourt Pay LLC provides no guarantee to accuracy of information provided on our site. We rely on third parties for accurate information and thus can make no promises or guarantees in regards to that information.
User Protection
eCourt Pay LLC implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
eCourt Pay LLC offers the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and the encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, email address, phone numbers, etc.) will not be stored on eCourt Pay LLC servers.
Information Disclosure
eCourt Pay LLC does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. eCourt Pay LLC may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or other rights, property, or safety.
