Why can't I find my citation, timepay and/or warrant?
We do not currently work with all municipalities. If your jurisdiction does not currently integrate with us feel free to give them a call and recommend us. You may also try using the Advanced Search form which provides additional search options.
How do I update incorrect citation information?
Head over to the Contact page and shoot us an email or give us a call.
Where is my citation payment history?
From the Home page, use the search form to find your citation information then use the side menu to navigate to the History page.
Why is there a processing fee?
We strive to offer the most affordable and convenient solution to paying fines. The majority of the processing fee is used to pay the credit card processor.
